Aerosol Warfare is a graffiti, street art and urban arts organization run by artists for artists. Aerosol Warfare, founded in 1990, began its love for the Houston graffiti art culture through hip hop emersion, art exhibitions, community collaborations evolving over 25 years into what it is today as a venue, continuing to support local arts and beyond. What started with documenting and producing videos of the street art and graffiti scenes in the 1990s—and many art project collaborations with other artists - is now a professional arts organization. Aerosol Warfare specializes in Graffiti, Aerosol Art, Murals, Outsider, Street and Mixed Media Arts while also appreciating all art forms. Over the years, Aerosol Warfare has showcased and supported over hundreds of local and national artists. Some notable national artists they have worked with include Futura, Ramm:Ell:Zee, SEEN, Shepherd Fairey, Give Up and COPE2.
