Artist GONZO247 created this digital art design as an ode to his old-school hip hop roots with a nod to the original Houston slab culture. As a born, raised, and based Houstonian he reflects on the visuals he often saw while growing up and finding his sense of belonging. Boomboxes and music have been a constant in his life, sometimes becoming his canvas for creativity. In this design he honors the boombox, while replacing the speakers with swangers representing music and art as his inspiration in motion.
